You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information to ensure their satisfaction. With a focus on Mandarin and English language proficiency, you'll be able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise * Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Process payments securely and efficiently * Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by identifying and escalating priority issues * Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality standards * Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field * At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a focus on call center experience (advantageous but not mandatory) * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply * B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service, active listening, and professional communication **Technical Skills** * Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy * Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment * Knowledge of food ordering apps and online ordering systems * Familiarity with payment processing systems and security protocols * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
