**Job Summary**
The Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of our Transportation Management division, with a focus on designing and implementing creative business solutions that drive growth and revenue. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, lines of service, and operational teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, as well as creating and maintaining sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Work with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.
* Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
* Complete RFI and RFP responses, developing and maintaining detailed pricing models and sales collateral.
* Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and effective.
* Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad hoc reports as requested, using Salesforce to track and analyze sales data.
* Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in solution design, pricing, proposal, and presentation creation, as well as general sales support.
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and stakeholders.
**Working Conditions**
* This role will be based in our office environment, with occasional work in a warehouse environment.
* The ability to sit, walk, and stand for the duration of the shift is required, as well as the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with pay based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience.
* Pay Range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly.
