As a Customer Service Specialist II, you'll play a critical role in providing support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist II to join our Animal Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
