**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing informed and objective responses to complex concerns regarding eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
* Responding effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Processing workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
* Staying up-to-date with new knowledge of policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrating it with resource materials to answer client concerns

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
