And we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and help us achieve our vision. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations * Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks * Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment * Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs) **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred qualifications include: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures * Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment * Ability to speak multiple languages **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
