Our team is dedicated to ensuring that vaccines are safely filled, tablets can fully release their active ingredients, and favorite chocolate and snacks are sustainably packaged. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Processing incoming customer quotes, order requests, or questions by phone, fax, email, and evaluating, quoting, processing, and expediting the requests and questions in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction while meeting company revenue and profit goals. * Communicating order status and part number information to internal and external customers in a timely manner. * Interfacing with third-party vendors to identify, purchase, and supply parts to customers. * Processing repairs, returns, and credit memos in a timely manner. * Reviewing and using the SAP Complaint Management System and following up with the customer to resolve their concerns. * Using feedback from customers and colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements to management. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience. * 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer support role. * 2+ years' experience working with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP). * 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage and resolve customer conflicts or issues. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Skilled at adapting to ambiguous and changing situations that impact customer service. * Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. * Ability to complete work with minimal supervision. * Experience reading technical documents. * Knowledge and experience working in SAP. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
