**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Tax Season Support**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing courteous and efficient customer support via phone and video (less than 15%) during the busy tax season * Resolving TurboTax sign-in issues and answering inquiries about amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status * Providing helpful links to relevant TurboTax support articles * Meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude even during high-demand periods **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Reliability and dependability, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Comfort working independently in a remote work environment * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Ability to stay calm and collected when dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Ability to commit to working during the tax season peak periods (February through April) **Benefits & Perks** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Paid per Talk Time: $0.34/min to $0.40/min (average to $17 - $19 per hour) * Top 10% weekly will earn $0.04/min (average of +$2/hr) * Referral Incentive: Earn extra money for referring others to join the team! * Flexible Schedule: Choose hours that work best for you, with full-time or part-time options available * Self-paced Training: Complete your training at your own pace, so you're fully prepared for the busy season * Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your own home **System Requirements** To ensure seamless operations, you'll need: * A Windows or Mac computer with an emulator (for Mac users) * A USB headset * A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps * 8GB of RAM * A camera (for video support) **Job Types** We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. **Pay & Benefits** * Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour * Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week * Benefits: + Flexible schedule + Referral program + Work from home **Shifts** We offer day, evening, and morning shifts to accommodate your schedule. **Application Question(s)** * How many years have you worked as customer service? **Work Location** This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Ready to Join arenaflex?** If you're a motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
