Our Consumer Engagement Preventive Care program is designed to educate and support our members in taking proactive steps towards their health and wellness. As a representative of this program, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on our members' lives. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with an average of 50-80 inbound and outbound callers per day, including members and physician's offices, to provide personalized support and guidance. * Building rapport with members, providing a full concierge service that includes assistance with selecting the proper treatment locations, facilities, and screening options. * Utilizing the script pathway to educate members on facilities, screening options, and alternative treatments, and asking follow-up questions to determine their best options. * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to scheduling appointments and appointment confirmations. * Consistently multitasking and conducting research on each case, toggling through various applications on multiple screens. * Demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive content, ensuring that our members feel heard and supported. **Key Performance Indicators** * Average handling time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less * First call resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher * Scheduling appointment rate of 90% or higher * Appointment confirmation rate of 95% or higher **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, healthcare administration) * 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with automated dialers and manual outbound calls * Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and concepts * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive content **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our representatives grow and develop their skills.
