**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Airport Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers
* Assisting in various airport functions, including check-in, gate management, transfers, arrivals, luggage services, and ticketing
* Taking direction from team leaders and working flexibly across all areas of customer service
* Performing administrative tasks such as pre-flight and post-flight departure duties
* Maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times
* Promoting and upselling arenaflex services and products
* Attending all required training sessions, completing them within the specified timeframes
* Following safety protocols and contributing to safe working practices at all times
* Representing arenaflex with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
* Performing any other reasonable duties related to the role as required
**Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and team members
* Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, even under pressure
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
* Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face interactions with customers
* Ability to represent arenaflex professionally, maintaining a well-groomed appearance and following uniform standards
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays
* Reliability and punctuality in meeting work requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training
* A valid driver's license from the DVLA and willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as required
* Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit when necessary
**Preferred Experience**
While not required, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication is a plus.
