**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering incoming calls from customers, REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners
* Making determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions
* Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer queries and concerns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Background and drug screen (required)
* Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
* Call center experience (1 year preferred)
