You'll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to provide advanced technical support to our clients, leveraging your expertise to support their success and contribute to arenaflex's commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide advanced product knowledge support to clients, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. * Document client interactions and solutions for future reference, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Identify and escalate critical issues to relevant departments, ensuring prompt attention and resolution. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client support services, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Engage in continuous learning and development through various training programs and on-the-job experiences, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Experience You'll Need** * Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. * 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations. * 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions. * 1+ year of experience in documentation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. * 1+ year of experience in client interaction and communication, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * 2+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience. **Experience That Would Be Great to Have** * Knowledge of financial technology products, with a strong understanding of the Fintech and payments industry. * Understanding of network troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues. * Experience with remote desktop support tools, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
