We are seeking a Norway-based legal consultant with solid knowledge of Norwegian criminal law, especially cyberstalking, harassment, impersonation, and non-consensual distribution of private content.
### Context (summary only)
Ongoing cross-border online harassment and impersonation by an individual residing in Norway, involving repeated abuse over several years. The victim resides in Morocco, local (non-EU) legal route has proven very slow / impractical, and the situation continues despite prior actions.
### What we need
- High-level legal assessment under Norwegian law
- Clear recommendation on the most effective legal path (police, prosecutor, restraining orders, other mechanisms, feminist organizations)
- Guidance on cross-border options and leverage points
- Practical, prevention-focused strategy to stop the behavior definitively
### Requirements
- Must reside in Norway and be familiar with local procedures
- Experience with online abuse / cybercrime / harassment cases
- Able to advise pragmatically (not theoretical only)
- Please note: few family members of the victim is based in Europe (if relevant procedurally)
Full case file will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.
