Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Sales and Service Call Center Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you will be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment, and driving business growth through sales and customer satisfaction. This hybrid-remote position offers the flexibility to work from our Miami location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections. - Accurately explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support when needed. - Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues, supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues. - Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime, with paid training to ensure your success. - Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and promotions, providing customers with the best possible solutions.
