**The Role**
As a Customer Onboarding Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting new customers to get live on our clients' platform. You'll be responsible for initiating contact with new customers and supporting them in their successful journey to more revenue via phone and video conference. Our clients are typically SMEs and Sole Traders who have just completed a short sales cycle of up to 1 week.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Onboard new, high-quality, and engaged customers in your assigned geography
* Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients
* Maintain strong knowledge of our clients' service offering, platform features, and benefits
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding experience
* Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* 1 year of experience in recruitment, account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer care, customer success, or sales
* Language Experience – level C1 and above
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and targets
* Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience a plus
* Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business
* Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video
* Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making
* Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
* Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
* Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives

**Compensation and Benefits**
The pay for this position is a basic salary of €38,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000 per annum. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
