**The Role**
As a Customer Insights Associate, you'll be part of our Walmart region team, working closely with sales, brand, and consumer insights teams to drive growth and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to use a variety of data sources to create compelling insights and stories that influence customer strategy. You'll work with our cross-functional partners to build and share insights, analyze products, brands, and strategies, and drive growth.
**Key Accountabilities**
* Support Morning Foods categories by leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Use a variety of data sources, including syndicated and primary insights, to create compelling stories that influence customer strategy
* Partner with OU Insights counterparts to build and share insights, analyze products, brands, and strategies, and drive growth
* Present insights to customers in innovation meetings, line reviews, and other forums
* Maintain a growth mindset and continue to evolve ways of working and build best practices
* Identify new opportunities to use insights to create a broader impact
* Be an active member of the Shopper Insights team and help build an open and collaborative team culture
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, or related fields
* 1-2+ years of experience in consumer insights, category management, data analytics, or related fields
* Willingness to learn and leverage new tools
* Strong ability to synthesize data sources and inputs to craft a simple, compelling story
* Comfortable with fast-paced and agile work environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Scintilla (Luminate), Numerator, Nielsen, Qualtrics, or other data and survey tools
* Strong command of syndicated toolkit
**Additional Considerations**

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary range: $68,700 - $114,600 per year

* Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program, with awards dependent on individual and organizational performance
**Work Environment and Culture**
* Based in the WM Business Center in Rogers, AR, with a requirement to live within the area due to regular meeting cadence with customers

* Flexible work arrangements, with a requirement to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week, with flexibility for Monday and Friday
