You'll be the main point of call for our customers, and you'll be expected to take full responsibility for all issues that you come across. You'll be fully trained in every aspect of the customer experience, and you'll be provided with ongoing training and development to help you grow and succeed in your role. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the UK and Europe * Take full responsibility for all issues that you come across, and deliver end-to-end customer service * Work collaboratively with our teams to resolve customer queries and provide suitable solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, and adapt to new processes and procedures * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Contribute to the growth and success of our EuroHub operations team **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal * Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy industry * Knowledge of the energy industry and its regulations * Experience working in a multicultural environment * Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish, French, or Italian * Experience with CRM systems and other customer service software **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems * Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and succeed in their careers.
