Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries.
