Job Description: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. • Identify and evaluate new market segments, product opportunities, and geographic expansion strategies. • Set annual sales goals, budgets, and performance targets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. • Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with customers. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in chemical manufacturing. • Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on sales metrics, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of sales experience in chemicals, food ingredients, metals, or closely related industries.
