Job Title: Email Marketing Manager (Strategy + Execution + Client-Facing)

Job Location: 100% work-from-home
Job Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Role Overview
Client is reassessing its email marketing stack and looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can deliver high-quality execution while also owning strategy and client communication. This role replaces expensive, underperforming external solutions with an in-house-quality operator.
This is not a “send the campaign” role. This is lifecycle, testing, and performance ownership.
What You’ll Own
• Email campaign execution and ongoing calendar management
• Campaign briefing and coordination with design and copy
• Audience segmentation and A/B testing strategy
• Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
• Client-facing strategy discussions and reporting
• Copywriting and editing support where needed
• Collaboration with paid media and CRO teams to align messaging
What the client Needs From You
• Experience managing email marketing in an agency environment
• Strong understanding of lifecycle strategy, not just blasts
• Comfortable owning client conversations and recommendations
• Ability to test, analyze, and iterate quickly
• Experience working alongside creative and performance teams
