As a Director of Business Operations at Array, you will drive the operating rhythm, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment needed to scale the business. You will partner closely with the COO and senior leaders to translate strategy into execution across initiatives spanning product, go-to-market, and post-acquisition integration. This role combines program leadership, operational design, and applied AI to improve how decisions are made and work gets done. This role reports to the COO. You will: - Own and evolve the company’s operating cadence, including planning cycles, business reviews, and KPI tracking - Ensure priorities are clearly defined, sequenced, and executed against with strong accountability - Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive cross-functional resolution - Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, product expansion, and M&A integration - Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines - Improve PMO practices to improve visibility, execution quality, and predictability - Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought. You have: - 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership roles - Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments - Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with clear structure and follow-through - Experience building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks - Track record of working closely with executive leadership and influencing outcomes - Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch - High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results - Clear, direct communicator who can align stakeholders at all levels - A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do. Pay transparency: $220,000 + for base salary, depending on experience.
