**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Licensed Customer Service Agent to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, and working closely with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and claims, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in person.
* Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.
* Support Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.
* Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve exceptional service standards.
**What You Bring to the Table**
* 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred).
* Active P&C License – you're legit!
* Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.
* Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss.
* Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
