They are seeking a self-motivated Community Safety Account Executive to drive sales within Homeowners Associations and Property Management Groups, focusing on demand generation and full cycle sales.
Responsibilities
- Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales
- Focus on a single market
- Primary customer base is Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups
- Utilize outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory
- Execute deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities
- Build a list of 100+ contacts for prospecting
- Connect with top-performing CS TSRs to learn best practices
- Establish relationships with Community Liaisons/CROs to generate referral opportunities
Skills
- 1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales with an emphasis on software sales - closing experience
- Prior experience as an SDR/BDR, or experience with sourcing opportunities
- Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
- Experience in executing deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities (referrals and cold calling)
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory
- Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory
- Experience working with a large tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.)
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment where top of funnel activity is a high priority
- Energized by solving customer's problems - e.g. consultative sales approach
- Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification as a condition of employment
- Must be located in Atlanta or Boston
