We are a structured, profitable fintech company, active in the development and sale of digital solutions in the financial and trading sector.
As we move into a phase of consolidation and scalability, we are looking for a freelance Commercial Secretary / Sales Support to work closely with our commercial team on a long-term basis.
This is not a traditional secretary role and not just appointment setting.
Main Responsibilities
Outbound and inbound calls to schedule commercial appointments
Phone, email, and messaging follow-ups with prospects and clients
Sending and managing commercial offers
Daily use and updating of advanced CRM systems (complex pipelines, not basic tools)
Operational support to the sales team
Participation in daily coordination meetings
Required Experience
Native Italian speaker (mandatory)
Proven experience in a commercial / sales support role
Strong confidence on the phone (no fear of calling)
Previous hands-on experience with complex CRM platforms
Ability to manage follow-ups, pipelines, and tasks independently
Fast learner, able to reach operational autonomy quickly
Availability for a freelance / independent contractor collaboration (VAT / self-employed)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with trading or financial terminology
Experience in fintech, digital services, or high-ticket sales environments
Workload
Approximately 6 hours per day
