What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the evolution of our commercial legal function — creating clarity, removing friction, and empowering teams to build confidently. Expect meaningful ownership and close collaboration with product, operations, partner programs, and leadership as you:
- Build scalable, future‑ready legal processes that keep pace with our global growth
- Partner across the organization to deliver practical, business‑focused commercial guidance

- Shape global contracting standards that drive consistency and efficiency
- Guide the creation and launch of new services and commercial models

Pay & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on experience

Background Checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
