Business Development Representative (SaaS Sales)

The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives and engaging key decision-makers. Responsibilities - Evangelize the Platform: Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, showcasing its transformative capabilities and articulating its value proposition to both new and existing customers - Strategically Prospect: Use modern tools and creative strategies to connect with prospective clients via cold calls, email, and social channels - Generate Pipeline: Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings and creating a robust pipeline for our Account Executives - Own Your Territory: Be responsible for a defined territory, developing new accounts and expanding our relationships with existing customers to maximize market potential - Partner with Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales to define and execute account-based strategies, and partner with marketing to promote campaigns and events while following up on new leads - Support Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively multithread different lines of business within complex enterprise accounts to build broad support and consensus Skills - Have a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent - 1-3 Years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story - You adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete & exceed targets - A natural curiosity.
