Bookkeeper (Part-Time, Remote, Client Facing)

What You?ll Do Reporting to our Accounting Manager, our Bookkeeper will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with: ? Client Relationship Management: You will establish and maintain direct relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for financial support and customized solutions. You will ensure timely communication, deliver high-quality results, and build trust through exceptional service and reliability. ? Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis. ? Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process. ? Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to special projects. ? Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations. Requirements: What will make you successful in this role (skills) ? Accounting education, preferred. ? Proven Expertise: With 5-7 years of full-cycle US accounting experience, including significant client-facing responsibilities, you are well-versed in financial reporting, balance sheets, and more. ? Technical Proficiency: You are tech-savvy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in QuickBooks Online and strong expertise in Excel. You skillfully navigate multiple internal systems to manage time efficiently and ensure seamless client communication and deliverables. ?
