We are building a technology platform that powers real-time logistics and on-demand delivery for large, high-value goods. The product connects customers, partners, and service providers seamlessly to enable fast, reliable movement of physical items. As an early engineer, you will work on a wide range of problems across backend systems, APIs, and product features. This role comes with high ownership and the opportunity to directly influence both technical direction and product experience. What You’ll Work On • Backend systems powering logistics, dispatch, and real-time operations • APIs that connect partners, mobile clients, and internal systems • Optimization of routing, scheduling, and service efficiency • Performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop and ship features end-to-end with strong ownership
• Debug and resolve production issues across multiple layers of the stack
• Optimize database queries, caching, and system performance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to solve real-world problems
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies where appropriate
Required Experience
• Strong backend development experience
• Hands-on experience building APIs and production systems
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end
• Ability to debug issues across services and layers
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality
