Job Description:
• Telephone B2B cold calling in the events sector
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads thoroughly
• Set appointments for strategy and consultation meetings
• Maintain contacts in the CRM
• Provide feedback to the team: objections, patterns, what works and what doesn't
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B telephone prospecting or cold calling
• Able to handle objections and reliably secure appointments
• Work in a structured, reliable and independent manner in a remote setup
• Basic marketing knowledge is a plus
• Very good German language skills on the phone
Benefits:
• Base pay: €16 per hour
• Commission 1: €30 per qualified appointment that takes place
• Commission 2: 2% of payments from the first 3 months per deal — paid only on actual received payments; capped at €350 per deal
