Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Automation & CRM Specialist to help improve our marketing, sales, and operational workflows. This role focuses on automating outreach, increasing response rates, and building data-driven systems using AI and workflow tools integrated with Salesforce.
You will work closely with our US-based team to implement automation, optimize email and SMS campaigns, and create systems that reduce manual effort and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, subdomains).
• Develop AI-driven personalization for email and SMS campaigns with compliance guardrails.
• Automate workflows across marketing, sales, and servicing using Salesforce and other systems.
• Integrate APIs to streamline data between platforms (TMO Pro, Salesforce, etc.).
• Build and maintain historical DTR (Delinquent Tax Roll) master database for predictive analytics.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance, including PPC/Facebook ads and landing pages.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and advertising regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Understanding of email/SMS automation and deliverability best practices.
• Basic knowledge of AI/LLM-driven personalization or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Proficient English communication skills to collaborate with US-based team.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
• Experience in fintech, regulated industries, or marketing automation is a plus.
