What You Will Be Doing
• Represent individuals and businesses before the IRS and state taxing authorities
• Manage tax matters from intake through resolution with full ownership of assigned cases
• Handle examinations, audits, appeals, collections, and U.S. Tax Court matters
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and taxing authorities
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to assess resolution options
• Negotiate directly with the IRS and state agencies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Develop strategic tax resolution plans aligned with client financial objectives
