About the position
Commonfund seeks to hire an Associate to support investment- and client-related requests for its Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) team, which provides total portfolio management for endowment and foundation clients. This is a highly visible and critical role to the success and growth of the organization. The Associate will play a hands-on role in managing client portfolios across asset allocation modeling, portfolio construction, rebalancing, reporting, and risk management — including month-end portfolio reviews and cash flow analysis — while responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The role also carries a forward-looking dimension, as the Associate will be expected to evaluate and pilot new AI tools and help design AI-assisted research workflows to improve the speed and quality of client deliverables. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with manager research, marketing, technology, and data teams to deliver high-quality, complete solutions for our clients.
