As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Sales Executive – Amazon Protein Business Development, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Amazon Protein business. Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we are committed to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Sales Executive – Amazon Protein Business Development, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales, share, and profit growth for our Amazon Protein business * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including Amazon, content development/creative agencies, and media agencies * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand, supply chain, operations, and IS managers, to ensure successful integration and leverage of campaigns, media, packtype, seasons, and new product programs * Coordinating, executing, and leading activities with virtually every function in the company to achieve pre-set goals, including portfolio management, innovation, and capability building * Leading and directing the activities of outside suppliers, including content and ad agencies * Developing and presenting recommendations to senior management, both internal and external, to educate and influence how arenaflex can achieve its Digital Commerce vision * Working closely with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure the business has the right level of brand and marketing support * Travelling to customers and supporting conversations/negotiations with buying teams, guiding and participating in discussions for JBP and long-term strategic growth * Educating the organization on the strategic importance of eCommerce and trends/developments within this rapidly evolving channel * Using available data and insights to provide sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling) * Owning the planning and execution of merchandising/marketing/promotional/content plans, crafted in close collaboration with brand/season, digital, shopper marketing, and sales teams * Co-owning relationships with content development/creative agencies, ensuring creative content is optimized, impactful, and compliant with brand messaging * Establishing business reporting/KPIs to ensure progress against objectives and communicating back to the organization * Operational evangelist for assigned account(s) for current and future state, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock/forecasting reliability, new product set up, and sales planning * Closely collaborating with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to leverage insights and digital expertise to execute current year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships * Owning the eCommerce P&L for assigned portfolio (currently Amazon.com, 3P, Prime Pantry, Amazon Fresh/Prime Now, Amazon Business, Amazon Go, Amazon Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, Whole Foods) **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship, with Amazon experience preferred but open to translatable experience * Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives * Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating * Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment * Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships * Proven leadership skills * Strong knowledge and experience managing Digital customers, media, and creative development, SEO, and eCommerce merchandising, preferred but open to translatable experience * Proven ability to translate insights into sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling) * Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels * Aptitude for problem-solving/quick learning * Positive attitude and high level of energy **Education and Experience Requirements** * BA/BS in business, marketing, or comparable field degree; MBA or equivalent preferred * 5+ years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with CPG background preferred **What We Offer** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Sales Executive – Amazon Protein Business Development at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
