The Associate Consultant role focuses on supporting the implementation of SPS solutions by configuring systems, testing data flows, and assisting customers in adopting these solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical implementation of SPS products, including system configuration and testing
- Partner with customers to understand operational needs and confirm implementation requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful implementations
- Track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate status updates to customers and internal partners
- Build and maintain working knowledge of retailer requirements, industry standards, and SPS solutions
- Train customers on product usage, best practices, and partner compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and interest in learning new systems
- Familiarity with XML or structured data formats
- Exposure to technical, systems, or project-based work through internships, coursework, or prior roles
- Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts or electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Experience working with customers or cross-functional teams
