Job Title: Amazon PPC and Research Specialist, E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven PPC and Research Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires expertise in account optimization with a focus on driving efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- PPC Management:
- Oversee Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, maintaining a Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACOS) target of < 12% with a goal of 9%.
- Continuously optimize PPC strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Attend 1 PPC training per week and report learning to the operations manager.
- Work with the supply chain manager to enhance product line profitability through effective pricing, and promotions. Maintaining profit of >=20%
- Monitor and improve product KPIs such as Click-Through Rate (CTR) improve 0.15% and Conversion Rate (CVR) increase 0.5% to drive sales and profitability.
- Conduct Product research to identify possible opportunities in our markets. Present at least 2 product opportunities and supporting research weekly. Include Keyword research, projected profit, unit sales, and differentiation methods.
- KPI a minimum of 8 monthly products that pass our validation score in DATADive tool suite.
- Working with the operations manager, using data to create and optimize product listings, and collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality content. Minimum Target CTR of 1.25% and CVR of 6%
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and conversion rates
- Monitor and improve Best Seller Rank (BSR) for products, implementing strategies to increase visibility and sales rank. The target of 5% decrease in BSR ranks from the historical average.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize account performance and drive sales growth.
