Job description Airline Group Sales Specialist (Bilingual: English/Spanish) We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Airline Group Sales Specialist to support group travel operations across domestic and international markets. If you excel in customer service, love working with complex itineraries, and have strong technical skills in Amadeus and Sabre Red, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the airline and travel industry. Location (Remote): Southern Florida (MIA) preferred - but could be anywhere in the eastern USA. Job requirements •  Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) •  2+ years experience with airline reservations, group sales, or related travel/ticketing role •  Strong proficiency with Amadeus and Sabre Red—including pricing, ticketing, and exchanges •  Solid understanding of international fare rules, fare construction, and GDS workflows •  Experience managing ticketing for complex itineraries and multi-segment group travel •  Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills •  High accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast paced environment •  Previous experience with airlines, consolidators, or large travel agencies •  Familiarity with IATA, ARC/BSP, group contracts, and travel agency operations •  Ability to manage multiple group accounts, clients and systems simultaneously Job responsibilities •  Manage group travel requests from initial inquiry through ticketing and post sale support •  Prepare accurate quotes, build group PNRs, and ensure all booking details are correct •  Issue, reissue, and exchange tickets, including complex international itineraries •  Interpret fare rules, combinability, taxes, penalties, and ticketing deadlines •  Handle both voluntary changes (date/routing adjustments) and involuntary changes (schedule changes, cancellations) •  Provide bilingual support to travel agencies, corporate clients, and group coordinators •  Communicate group terms clearly, including payment schedules, name requirements, and policies •  Monitor queues daily to manage schedule changes, reminders, and servicing tasks •  Maintain detailed documentation for all bookings, tickets, and customer interactions Job benefits This role is also eligible for comprehensive benefits: health care, paid days off, and retirement benefits + Incentive Plan.  Discover the World is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against employees or applicants on the basis of an individual’s race (including hair texture or style), gender, sex (including pregnancy), color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, citizen status, age, disability, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.  Discover the World participates in e-verify.
