Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Remote (Must be in Arizona)
Position Overview:
We are working with a law firm with a national presence known for its excellence in Insurance Defense. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney licensed in Arizona to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to handle high-quality litigation matters in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and develop litigation strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution
• Work closely with partners and team members on complex cases
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Arizona Bar license (required)
• Texas Bar license (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience in Insurance Defense litigation
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
