Work From Home Prequalifier - Inbound Calls Only (Health Insurance)

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available – All U.S. Time Zones Welcome Pay: Small Weekly Attendance Pay + Unlimited Commission Earning Potential + Weekly Bonuses Start Date: Immediate – Open Enrollment Already in Progress (Nov 1) About the Role We are urgently hiring 2–4 motivated Prequalifiers to join our growing remote sales team during Open Enrollment. As a Prequalifier, you’ll handle inbound calls from hot and warm leads — no cold calling — from clients nationwide who are already seeking health insurance quotes. You’ll receive a call approximately every 2–3 minutes, follow a sales and rebuttal script, and determine who is ready to buy now. Once the client is qualified, you’ll transfer the call to a licensed sales agent to complete the enrollment. This role is fast-paced, engaging, and perfect for anyone who can follow direction, read scripts fluently, and provide excellent phone service. Your Responsibilities • Take inbound sales calls (no cold calling). • Follow a structured sales and rebuttal script smoothly and confidently. • Ask key qualifying questions to identify ready-to-buy clients. • Provide excellent communication and service on every call. • Accurately input caller details into the web-based system. • Transfer qualified leads to licensed sales agents. • Work collaboratively with a supportive team and experienced coaches. Requirements ✅ Must Have: • A quiet, distraction-free workspace. • A reliable computer or laptop (no tablets or phones). • A microphone headset with clear audio quality (noise cancellation preferred). • High-speed internet (minimum 60 Mbps). • Open availability (flexible scheduling across time zones). • Ability to read and follow sales & rebuttal scripts fluently. • Must pass a background check. Preferred but not required: Call center, customer service, or phone sales experience. No experience necessary – we provide full training!
