Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales Recruiting - Remote (Central Time Zone) Location: Myrtle Point Overview Employer Industry: Employee Benefits and Human Resources Consulting Why consider this job opportunity: • Salary up to $70,000 annually • Opportunity for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance • Comprehensive health, wellbeing, retirement, and financial benefits • Paid time off and overtime pay for non-exempt employees • Robust learning and development programs to support career growth • Supportive and inclusive company culture that values diversity and individuality Responsibilities • Partner with senior sales leaders to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new sales talent • Produce offer documents, coordinate interviews, and track hiring metrics • Serve as a candidate liaison, providing concierge-level support throughout the hiring process • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, coordinating all onboarding milestones • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring and onboarding Qualifications • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or a coordination role with competing priorities • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative support experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle Preferred Qualifications • Experience working within a sales organization • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday • Demonstrated project management experience across multiple cross-functional initiatives • Experience using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills #Employee Benefits #Human Resources #Career Opportunity #Diversity And Inclusion #Talent Acquisition We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
