We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to fill a temporary leave coverage position from October 10, 2023, to December 20, 2023, at the Oswego Community Unit School District 308. As a Spanish Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the linguistic and cultural skills of our students, and we offer a competitive daily rate of $125 for the first ten days, increasing to $150 per day thereafter. To excel in this role, you should possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a High School Science Endorsement, Substitute Teaching License, or Educator License with Stipulations endorsed as a Paraprofessional Educator, along with a bachelor's degree in any field. Recent teaching experience at the elementary level, demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and instructional methods, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be able to establish effective working relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
