We are currently seeking a Coveo Senior Lead (Search) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: Job Description/Skills: UI Developer with Coveo Search & SEO exp. • Design and Implement Coveo Search Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive search solutions using Coveo's platform. This includes creating and maintaining Coveo Search Profiles, defining query pipelines, and configuring search ranking and relevance algorithms. • Develop and Maintain Search Interfaces: Create and maintain user interfaces for search experiences across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), leveraging Coveos UI components and frameworks. • Optimize Search Performance and Relevance: Analyze search behavior and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of Coveo search profiles. This includes refining query pipelines, adjusting relevance algorithms, and implementing A/B testing. • Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues related to Coveo search profiles, providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. • Stay Current with Coveo Technologies: Proactively research and learn about new Coveo features and updates, staying ahead of the curve in search technology. • Contribute to Team Knowledge: Share knowledge and best practices with team members, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Required Skills o Having industry experience of 8+ years o Proven experience in developing and maintaining Coveo search profiles. o Strong understanding of Coveo platform architecture, including components like Query Pipeline, Search Interface, and Relevance Engine. o Proficiency in Coveos UI framework and development tools. o Experience with Search engine optimization (SEO) and best practices for search relevance. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and collaboration skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
