What you will be doing • Delivering adaptive reading workshops building phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills • Designing personalized motivational sessions using gamified literacy milestones • Analyzing student progress data to refine instruction and surface actionable insights • Collaborating with engineers to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on classroom results • Developing scalable, AI-enhanced content that enables early elementary students to achieve grade-level proficiency Reading Specialist key responsibilities Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent) • At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students • Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula • Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
