Outbound Appointment Setter (Veterinary) - Remote (US, 1099)
About us We’re validating an AI receptionist for veterinary clinics (answers calls and books directly into the clinic’s PIMS). This is a research role—not sales—booking 15-minute interviews with practice managers. We pay clinics $100 for their time. What you’ll do • Make 70–90 outbound calls/day to small-animal hospitals (US business hours). • Ask for the Practice Manager and book a 15-minute interview via our link. • Leave concise voicemail; send consented one-off SMS/email with the booking link. • Handle common objections (“busy,” “send info,” “we have a service,” “owner decides”). • Log spotless notes/dispositions in our tracker/CRM; hit daily/weekly targets. Must-haves • US-based with a clear, professional phone voice (quiet setup + headset). • Proven outbound experience: 70–120 cold dials/day + attended-meeting track record. • Basic vet ops fluency: PIMS = clinic calendar/records (AVImark, ezyVet, Provet Cloud, NaVetor—training provided). • Organized, coachable, reliable within ET/CT/PT blocks. Compensation (Independent Contractor, 1099) • Mobilization: $500 total — $250 at project start, $250 after the first 10 attended interviews (second $250 not owed if 10 attended isn’t reached). • Per-Attended Interview: $45 (paid weekly; attended, not just booked). • Weekly Accelerator: +$250 for any week with ≥15 attended. • Finish Bonus: +$500 when the project reaches 100 attended. • Cap / Stop Rule: Stop new bookings at 90 attended; honor already-scheduled; project ends at 100 attended. • NTE: Total project payments not to exceed $7,500 without prior written approval. • Proof of performance: Calendly attendance + OpenPhone logs + Data Axle tags/notes. • Payment cadence: Weekly (Fri) for prior Mon–Sun activity. Quotas & Gates • Daily: 70–90 dials, ≥8–12 manager connects, ≥4–6 bookings. • Weekly (after Week 1 ramp): ≥12–18 attended. • Gates: Week 1 ≥8 attended; Week 2 cumulative ≥20. Any week after Week 1 10 short of curve → company may terminate for convenience (pays earned amounts only).
