Innisfree M&A Incorporated is a New York-based Investor Relations firm that represents various high-profile, publicly-traded corporations. Position is for remote work through the Pittsburgh office. Seeking detail-oriented Data Entry and Audit Specialist with excellent listening and typing skills for a fully-remote position. Individual will utilize multiple web-based applications to locate telephone numbers and append those numbers to a proprietary database as well as audit audio recordings. Individuals should be familiar with the Windows operating environment, MS Teams, basic Excel functions, and have reliable Internet. Prospective hires should possess reliability and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position for an assignment lasting until approximately April 20th, 2026. Immediate start. Future assignments may develop on an as-needed basis. Our hours of operation are 10am to 7pm Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays based on volume. We are currently looking for candidates that are available 40+ hours per week, starting at 10am. Pay rate starts at $13/hr. Please include your resume and current availability.
