Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• * Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
• * Freshers with an HR degree and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
