About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks:
- Develop and enhance the brand’s main website;
- Create landing pages;
- Build and maintain Web-focused design systems;
- Design banners and other digital marketing materials;
- Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events;
- Create interactive prototypes;
- Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions;
- Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Willingness to complete a test task;
- A portfolio is mandatory;
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;
- Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow;
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;
- English at Intermediate level is a plus;
- Russian is a mandatory;
- Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.).
