The Virtual RN employs the nursing process and evidence-based principles to manage a diverse patient caseload, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Responsibilities Collaborate with bedside nurses to advocate for patients and families. , Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients. , Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based principles in patient care. , Perform tasks including admissions, discharges, and patient education. , Conduct patient rounding and participate in performance improvement initiatives. , Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics. Requirements Valid Ohio RN license. , Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school. , 3-5 years of job-related experience. , Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. , Effective interpersonal and communication skills. , Basic computer knowledge.
