V-OUTSOURCING BUSINESS GROUP is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team of virtual assistants. This is a 100% remote position where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and weekly lead call lists.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Record call results and appointments in CRM systems.
- Keep client and lead databases accurate and organized.
- Prepare short daily or weekly reports.
- Support administrative and communication tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or appointment setting.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
Benefits
- Training Period: approx.1-2 weeks
- Post-Training: $3.75 per hour
