Job Description:
• Responsible for the overall management of a client’s portfolio once acquired
• Act as a primary point of contact for all portfolio management
• Oversee multiple servicers, trusts, and strategic portfolio initiatives simultaneously
• Coordinate servicing transfer, operational review, remittance reconciliation
• Render workout decisions
• Identify servicing performance irregularities or exceptions
• Drive enhanced performance by a client’s servicer
• Collaborate with diligence and collateral services teams to define asset level strategies
• Meet client objectives established
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies, customized reporting, and project management functions
• Regular client collaboration, servicer engagement, and reporting of portfolio performance
Requirements:
• College degree / training in finance / mortgage banking preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Mortgage / secondary market experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Commercial real estate asset management experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to work well with staff clients if needed
• Strong Excel skills
• Team oriented

• Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker
