CTG is seeking to fill a Veeva Safety Consultant (Life Sciences) position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months
Duties:
- Partner with Life Sciences clients to develop and refine business strategies and pharmacovigilance processes aligned with market and regulatory demands.
- Lead implementation and optimization of Veeva Safety solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including use case development and high-level solution design.
- Facilitate client workshops, planning sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings to define implementation scope and deliverables.
- Define and support data integration strategies that enhance safety data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases supporting safety and data initiatives.
- Provide leadership in deploying Life Sciences safety solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support project planning, timeline development, and execution across multiple engagements.
- Ensure systems and applications (web, mobile, integrations) meet compliance and data privacy requirements.
Skills:
- Prior consulting experience
- Veeva Safety certification with at least one full implementation of Veeva Safety
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and Life Sciences industry standards
- Experience with data integration strategies and safety data management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GxP)
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Experience:
- Proven experience implementing Veeva Safety solutions in Life Sciences environments
- Demonstrated success leading or supporting end-to-end system implementations
- Experience working on multiple complex consulting engagements
- Background in safety systems, data analytics, or healthcare technology solutions preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
