CONTRACT: Estimated 1-year contract position to begin with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent full-time direct with our client.
PAY RATE:$80.00 to $120.00 per hour on a W-2 through our company. You choose the rate per hour that you want to request from this range.
Job description:
Software Engineers listen to customers' perspectives and work with Architects and Analysts to make requirements become a reality. As a member of the Program Performance Management Community of Excellence, the successful candidate will be responsible for engagement with customers, Project leaders and architects. They will utilize their development skills to build and support applications on premise and in the cloud. A software engineer will work with the product team and prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints. The successful candidate will work with internal customers to help conceptualize means to apply digital technology as a strategic asset.
Software Engineers will work with the business transformation, developer advocacy, and functional leadership teams to identify opportunities to create the desired customer experiences and gather feedback to support iterative, data-driven growth and improvement opportunities, while determining effectiveness of new and current systems.
Required Skills/Tools
5+ years' experience with full-lifecycle Agile software development
5+ years experience.NET Framework, including .NET 6+
5+ years' experience with Angular
5+ years' experience with UI/UX design
2+ years' experience with PrimeNG
2+ years' experience with NgRx
Desired Skills/Tools (NOT REQUIRED)
5+ years' experience ASP.NET Web Forms
5+ years' experience with VB.Net and C#
5+ years' experience with SQL, PostgreSQL preferred
5+ years' experience with JavaScript
3+ years' experience with Entity Framework
Experience with REST/OData Web API
Experience with Automated Testing
Experience utilizing JIRA
Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, including Pipelines and Releases
Experience using Internet Information Services (IIS) to install and configure web apps
Experience .NET charting libraries, particularly Microsoft Charts
Comments:
Must have strong experience with NET expertise (C#, .NET 8+, Entity Framework, FluentValidation, security/OAuth 2.0 + OIDC). They need to have very strong frontend skills (Angular + Angular Material/PrimeNG, TypeScript client generation, Swagger/OpenAPI), plus experience with API versioning, Swagger UI, authentication/authorization (RBAC, MFA).
The client is looking for somebody with true specialization in Angular and UI/UX design.
Someone who can design a modernized UI/UX for a legacy application and then lead implementation of it from at least a front-end perspective
US citizenship required due to system data access.
